The Print Process: Where Design Meets Durability

Once your design is approved, it heads to our print room, where the real magic begins. We start by printing your layout onto special transfer paper using a wide-format dye sublimation printer. This ensures precise colors and ultra-sharp resolution.

From the print room, your design enters our climate-controlled heat press room. There, using heat and pressure at 391°F, the design is permanently fused into the cloth — producing a fade-resistant, gallery-quality playing surface.

Final Fit and Finish

With the design now printed on the cloth, we move into final construction. The material is stretched, fit, and assembled onto your chosen poker table model by our expert craftsmen, resulting in a flawless finish that plays as good as it looks.
