The Royal Rebuy Program is available only to customers who purchased their BBO Poker Table directly from us. This program is our way of rewarding long-time BBO fans with exclusive upgrade opportunities.
To determine your trade-in value, we’ll need to verify your original purchase in our system. Please have your order number or purchase email ready when applying.
This program applies to any BBO Poker Table purchased directly through our website or official sales channels.
Your table must be fully functional and include all original parts. Cosmetic wear is okay, but tables must be structurally sound and in good working condition.
Trade-In Credit Details
Initial Valuations
Preliminary trade-in values are approximations.
We reserve the right to adjust the final value after inspection if any parts are missing.
We'll inform you of any adjustments before processing the credit.
Credits are applied after we receive and inspect your old table.
Credits will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping and Handling
Proper Packing Required:
All trade-in returns must be packed according to our provided instructions.
Damage incurred during transit due to improper packing may result in deductions from your final credit.
We'll coordinate with you for pickup times.
Additional logistics costs from missed pickups may be deducted from your final credit.
We will share necessary pickup details with our freight shipping vendors.
Program Participation
Right to Deny:
We reserve the right to deny participation in the trade-in program at our sole discretion.
BBO Poker Tables has sole discretion over how returned products are utilized—whether sold as open box items, donated, or otherwise deployed.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Information:
Your information is used solely for administering the trade-in program.
We do not share your personal information with any third party except for necessary details with our freight shipping vendors.
