All warranty claims require documentation (photos and videos) of the issue. Simply
attach the files to an email with your name and order number in the subject to
Ticket@bbopokertables.com. Our Customer Service representatives confirm receipt
within 24 hours to advise resolutions.
Please note that manufactures claims are very different from shipping damage, please
familiarize yourself with our Shipping Receiving Instructions
and always use our
Copperwire Track and Trace to be covered from freight shipping damage.
Concealed damage from not properly inspecting, documenting damage and signing the
bill of lading is not manufacturers defect and BBO Poker Tables has no ability, by freight
law, to pursuit compensation for the damages incurred. We do not want to see this
situation, so it’s very important to follow our Shipping and Receiving Instructions,
actively note damages during deliery, and use our Copperwire Track and Trace system.
