When you buy a poker table, integrating a built-in shuffler like the ST-1000 elevates your home game to casino standards. BBO Poker Tables offers flush-mounted shufflers, custom-printed Dynamic Gaming Suede, and precut solid-wood frames to house bill slots, chip trays, and USB chargers for the ultimate gaming experience.

Can you install a table-mounted shuffler on a poker table?

Integrating an automatic shuffler directly into your table is a standard upgrade for high-end home games and private clubs. The industry relies heavily on two primary models. The DeckMate is frequently encountered, but it is typically only available secondhand or refurbished from third-party sellers.

The industry standard for new installations is the ShuffleTech ST-1000. This two-deck shuffler features a top-insert design and allows you to select between three or seven shuffles before dispensing the cards via a deck return. The unit utilizes a flush mounting plate, ensuring only the immediate shuffling interface sits level with the table surface.

Behind-the-Scenes Pro-Tip: While the ST-1000 shuffler has standard mounting positions (Position 1 and Position 2), you can request a custom cut to invert the shuffler 90 degrees to better suit your dealer's ergonomic preference.

What are the best felt materials for custom printing?

Customizing the playing surface is achieved through a specialized print-and-press process utilizing a commercial heat press.

Material Option	Characteristics	Best Application
Dynamic Gaming Suede	Patented, casino-quality texture, smooth card glide	Standard professional play, full custom graphics
Suited Speed Cloth	Distinct hologram effect displaying card suits	Upgraded aesthetic, high-durability environments

How is the frame structured to support custom components?

The internal skeleton of tables like the Aces Pro is a precut solid-wood case designed to house specific gaming and technical components. Underneath the felt, the frame accommodates:

A precut chip tray stationed directly at the dealer spot.
Dual bill slot cutouts (allowing placement on the left, right, or both sides).
Integrated electric tracks for USB chargers routed directly into the wooden case.

What is the best table format for serious, uncompromised play?

For players requiring maximum space with zero distractions, The Prestige is the largest-format table available. This no-frills model is built explicitly for serious poker play, commonly styled with a standard black armrest, vibrant red Suited Speed Cloth, and a complete omission of cup holders to maximize usable card space.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are all poker tables compatible with built-in shufflers?

No. While many frames can accommodate an ST-1000 shuffler, specific internal layouts restrict placement. You must consult with a design consultant at BBO Poker Tables to verify compatibility for your chosen table model.

How does the poker table custom felt printing process work?

The felts at BBO Poker Tables are created using a two-step method: digital printing of the design followed by a permanent transfer using a high-temperature heat press directly onto the Dynamic Gaming Suede or Suited Speed Cloth.

Can I charge my devices directly at the table?

Yes. In BBO Poker Tables, the solid wood frames can be precision-cut to include built-in USB chargers alongside traditional table features.
